If you are not satisfied with a live training course, please get in touch within 10 days of the course taking place. Any issues will be handled by the director. We will make every effort to resolve your issues and reach a satisfactory agreement.

If you are not satisfied with a pre-recorded training course, please get in touch within 10 days of purchase. We are not obligated to provide a refund but will make every effort to resolve your complaint.
