Managing a meeting can be challenging in the best of times – but doing it when everyone is working remotely requires
a new range of skills. On this highly practical course, you’ll learn how to ensure meetings stick to an agenda, use time effectively,  involve all attendees and achieve their objectives.

It covers the A to Z of chairing a meeting from devising an agenda, working with the minute-taker, Freedom of Information Act requirements and developing listening skills, to following-up and signing-off on minutes. It also includes practical tips and strategies to manage meetings (and people) remotely. It is delivered by a former journalist and politician who has extensive experience in chairing meetings, and also delivering training remotely.
